General Responsibilities: Prepares architectural plans, renderings, three-dimensional models, and construction documents. Interacts with clients as needed. Prepares reports and assists in writing architectural specifications. Develop architectural solutions to problems. Assists in design presentations and business development efforts. Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Construction Science or Project Management Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs-BIM General understanding of architectural and engineering systems, products, building materials, and specifications. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
