Summary:
Monitors incoming program checklists from customers and trade partners.
Adheres to review deadlines, conducts thorough document review, and effectively communicates with senders to obtain complete and accurate documentation.
Works closely with modeler and field operation staff to ensure seamless processes occur.
Tracks trade partner certifications and provides timely updates to management.
Essential Functions:
Monitors and reviews incoming documents (new and revised) for accuracy and completion Create and send out Jurisdiction letters per city or county requirements Sends incomplete/incorrect documents back to HVAC Contractors for review/correction Communicates with HVAC Contractors and Builders by phone and email Verify data submitted by the field consultant are complete and accurate Tracks trade partner credentials and their expiration dates to ensure all HVAC Contractors remain in compliance with program requirements Runs reporting and analysis for the leadership team pertaining to program checklists Assists the File Processing team as needed Assists the Code Deliverables team as needed Performs other duties and projects as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative solutions Excellent attention to detail Accurate, yet meets deadlines and established daily performance goals Ability to work independently and with others Ability to multi-task Strong organizational and analytical skills Must type 45 to 50 wpm Able to sit for prolonged periods of time Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens and get clarification EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma or general education degree (GED) A minimum experience of 1-year with data entry and customer service preferred JOB

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
